At any time during the first 3 years after the sale of our swing or slide gate operator, if any part ceases to function due to manufacturing defect will be replaced at no cost to the customer except for the cost of shipping. Send us an email describing the issue and we will take care of you!

The 335 Option:

At any time after the 3 year warranty has ended, you can replace your existing USGate Slide Operator with a new power module (motor, speed reduction, lithium battery, charge controller, limit switches, & control circuit) or your existing USGate Swing Gate Operator actuator arm, lithium battery, charge controller, and control circuit for only $335.00 plus shipping.

If your dealer did the original installation, add $90 for labor! Both styles of operator include a reboot of our ground breaking 5 year warranty! If you have bi-parting gates the cost would be $535.00. Basically you are acquiring a new operator for a fraction of the cost! Why? Why not! You put your faith in us from the get go and this is our way of saying thanks! Just send the old machine back so we can do an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
